Thank you for joining Event Mastery PH. By registering for and participating in this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1.Workshop Registration
Event Mastery PH is a paid, hands-on workshop designed to help participants develop an event plan and create a ready-to-offer event service package.
Your registration is considered confirmed only after your payment has been verified by the Event Mastery PH team.
Workshop access is intended only for the person whose registration and payment have been verified.
2. Workshop Access
Your registration includes access to the Event Mastery PH workshop on the scheduled date and time, together with the digital materials, templates, and bonuses specifically stated as included in your offer.
Workshop details, access instructions, and important announcements will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Please ensure that your email address and contact information are accurate.
3. No Refunds & Future Workshop Transfer
All verified payments for Event Mastery PH are strictly non-refundable.
Once your payment has been verified, you may not request a cash refund, cancellation refund, or exchange of your registration for cash.
However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to a future Event Mastery PH workshop date.
Please note:
Transfer requests must be made before the scheduled workshop date.
Transfer is subject to the availability and confirmation of Event Mastery PH.
Event Mastery PH does not maintain a fixed workshop schedule. Future dates will be announced when available.
Event Mastery PH reserves the right to determine the available dates for transfer.
A transfer does not constitute a refund and has no cash value.
Your registration may only be transferred to an available future Event Mastery PH workshop.
If you fail to attend the approved transfer date, your registration will be considered used unless Event Mastery PH approves another arrangement.
Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to reasonable availability.
By registering, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.
4. Digital Materials & Intellectual Property
All Event Mastery PH materials—including but not limited to templates, worksheets, checklists, scripts, frameworks, presentations, recordings, guides, and other digital resources—are provided for the registered participant's personal use and learning purposes only.
These materials remain the intellectual property of Event Mastery PH and/or their respective owners.
You may use the materials to support your own event planning, learning, or business activities. However, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or substantially recreate the materials for distribution
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the templates or resources
- Share, upload, publish, or distribute the files to other people, groups, communities, websites, or file-sharing platforms
- Claim the materials as your own
- Remove copyright, ownership, or attribution information
- Use the materials to create a competing training program, course, workshop, or digital product without written permission
You may customize the templates for your own legitimate business or event use.
5. Workshop Recording & Content
Participants may not record, reproduce, livestream, or redistribute the workshop session or its contents without prior written permission from Event Mastery PH.
If Event Mastery PH records any portion of the workshop for legitimate business, educational, or replay purposes, participants will be informed accordingly.
6. Certificate
Event Mastery PH does not provide a certificate of completion for this ₱497 workshop.
This workshop is designed as a practical learning and implementation experience.
Certificate or credential opportunities may be available through a separate next-level Event Mastery PH program, subject to its own requirements, terms, and enrollment.
Participation in this workshop does not automatically qualify a participant for a certificate in any future program.
7. Participant Responsibility
Event Mastery PH provides frameworks, tools, examples, and guidance intended to support your learning and implementation.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, implementation, business activities, suppliers, clients, pricing, finances, contracts, and event outcomes.
Participation does not guarantee a specific income, number of clients, event bookings, or business results.
8. Workshop Content
Event Mastery PH may update, modify, rearrange, or improve workshop content, examples, activities, speakers, bonuses, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.
Any significant changes affecting the workshop schedule or access will be communicated to registered participants using the contact information provided during registration.
9. Respectful Participation
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
Harassment, disruptive behavior, unauthorized promotion, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the workshop community or communication channels may result in removal from the workshop or related community spaces without further access.
10. Privacy & Communications
By registering, you authorize Event Mastery PH to use the information you provide for purposes related to your registration, payment verification, workshop access, customer support, workshop communications, reminders, and related program information.
Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Event Mastery PH's privacy practices.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Workshop Participation Agreement & Terms.
You agree to comply with the terms stated above.
You understand that your registration is subject to payment verification.
You understand that all verified payments are strictly non-refundable.
You understand that you may request a transfer to a future workshop date, subject to availability and Event Mastery PH's confirmation.
You understand that the ₱497 workshop does not include a certificate.
You understand that the digital materials provided are for your personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission.
By submitting your registration, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
